Where can I ship my order?
PurpleRise ships orders to the US, Europe, Japan, South America, Australia and several other countries worldwide, however, different rates may apply. International shipping is available on a case by case basis to most countries. For international shipping inquiries, please contact hello@purplerise.com
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
The shipping address cannot be changed on an order after it’s placed. Please attempt to cancel your order right way and then place the order again. If you’re unable to cancel the order, please contact us by email to address your options.
