Returns

Unopened Products:

  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a partial refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • For returns between 15-30 days, store credit may be issued at our discretion, provided the item is in new and resellable condition.
  • Returns beyond 30 days are not accepted.
  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Opened Products:

  • Opened products are not eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.
  • If the return is due to a seller error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to buyer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction), the item is not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable restocking fees and will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Store credit (if applicable) will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us at hello@purplerise.com to initiate a return request.
  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos (if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to request additional information or deny returns that do not meet our policy.

Key Notes:

  • All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper handling may be denied a refund.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
