Our blades are manufactured using maraging steel with chemical composition aligned with FIE handbook material requirements. The material has been analyzed by the China Iron & Steel Research Institute testing center, confirming compliance with the relevant composition standards.
The steel itself is custom-developed and sourced exclusively for our production, ensuring quality control from the very beginning of the supply chain. Based on standard heat-treatment specifications, we have also developed specialized tooling and processing methods to optimize feel, elasticity, and rebound performance.
In terms of handling and resilience, these blades represent one of the highest-performing training blade options currently produced in China. They are offered specifically as training blades to help reduce overall equipment costs while maintaining a feel close to European competition blades — minimizing permanent bending and loss of rebound after intensive use.
