Unopened Products:
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a partial refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
 - For returns between 15-30 days, store credit may be issued at our discretion, provided the item is in new and resellable condition.
 - Returns beyond 30 days are not accepted.
 - Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
 
Opened Products:
- Opened products are not eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.
 - If the return is due to a seller error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
 - If the return is due to buyer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction), the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
 
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
 - Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable restocking fees and will be credited to the original payment method.
 - Store credit (if applicable) will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the return.
