PurpleRise
PurpleRise is a fencing brand from Hong Kong, backed by Fortune Business Technology Co., Limited (FBT). We design and produce fencing equipment for training and competition — blades, masks, protective clothing, and related components.
Our blades use maraging steel developed for fencing, with controlled heat treatment focused on stability, durability, and rebound. Protective apparel and masks are built with FIE-standard fabrics and practical construction for club and competition use.
We work from Hong Kong with production resources in China, covering steel supply, heat treatment, assembly, and quality control. The same capabilities also support OEM partners who need reliable materials and consistent manufacturing.
PurpleRise exists to give athletes, clubs, and coaches equipment that performs cleanly, lasts longer, and is straightforward to use.
Our Team
Our team comes from Baidu, Tencent, Microsoft, and PwC, with expertise in R&D, product design, business, and operations. Among us are retired fencers who bring firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the sport. At PURPLERISE, we place safety and quality above everything else. We do not pursue low-cost products without reliable quality. Instead, we focus on high-quality equipment that athletes can trust. For every product we develop, we conduct rigorous testing, including destructive testing, to verify strength, safety, and durability before bringing it to market.
